Amy Holloway

Owner, Pole & Hoop Instructor

Amy first discovered aerial fitness in June 2007 when she nervously attended her first pole dancing class and instantly fell in love. A few years later, she began training in aerial hoop (also known as lyra) and discovered how beautifully the two work together for cross training. She loves the combination of grace, dance, strength and flexibility that aerial fitness has to offer.

With over five years of experience teaching pole and hoop, Amy says:
“I find it incredibly rewarding watching the confidence and strength of my students grow.”

In 2020, Amy welcomed her son into the world during the uncertainty of the COVID pandemic. Since then, she’s been navigating the beautiful (and busy!) journey of motherhood and is now excited and ready to return to her passion for teaching aerial hoop.

Amy is the founder of Delilah High Aerial, where she creates a supportive, empowering environment for students to explore their potential and build confidence through aerial fitness. She values strong, trusting relationships with her students and is committed to helping them thrive on their aerial journey.

She is a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor, First Aider, and certified Pole and Hoop Instructor through Spin City Instructor Training. Amy’s background in Ballet, Jazz, and Tap, which she trained in from age 5 to 16, adds a fluid, dance-based quality to her teaching style.
