What should I wear?
Hoop
For Hoop it is recommended that you wear something comfortable but close fitting such as long leggings and a top that covers your back.
Pole
For Pole you will need to wear a sports top and shorts so that you can grip the pole with your legs. As you progress, you will find that you need extra exposed skin on your sides to help you grip the pole in more advanced moves.
It is best to avoid using moisturiser 24 hours before your class which will reduce your ability to grip the pole.
You are welcome to wear leggings or leg warmers for the warm up and cool down to stay warm and comfortable.
Exotic
For exotic classes you are welcome to wear heels if you wish! Again, it is recommended that you bring leggings and leg warmers or knee pads to protect your knees during floor based moves.
Health & Safety
Please remove rings and chunky jewellery during your classes to avoid damaging the equipment.
As always, don't forget to bring a towel and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once payment is confirmed there are no refunds for classes, privates or parties.
You can change the day/time of your class up to 24 hours* before the class starts.
If you can not make a class please ensure you cancel your ticket, to enable someone else to book on should the class be fully booked.
If you are more than 15 mins late for a class you may be denied entry by your instructor. Payment will still be due, there are no exceptions.
Should a class need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor sickness, you will be offered either a refund, or an alternative class.
*This only applies to group classes, private classes will need 7 days notice to avoid cancellation charge to cover room hire.
